Isaac turned 11 in March (holy cow, really!!!). He really wanted a basketball birthday cake. I went on Pinterest (of course) and found this cool cake that looked like I could actually make it. Here are some pictures of the cake and Isaac blowing out the candles.
It was a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. We used Reese's Pieces to make the ball and the #11
Kiley helped me separate the colors and put them on.
The cake is on FIRE!!!!

Great job Isaac! I can't believe you are 11 already! We love you so much! You are an awesome son and an excellent brother!
Later in March, Isaac earned his Arrow of Light award from cub scouts. It is the highest award you can earn as a cub scout. He loved his years in cub scouts and is really enjoying the 11 year old scout program. Here are some pictures from that ceremony.
They had stones on the floor that he had to walk over. They represented his path from being a wolf through Webelos.
He then received his arrow.
I also received my mother's pin. It was the symbol for the Arrow of Light.
Here is Isaac with his arrow. He looks great.
